Returns & Exchanges

All orders will be eligible for return or exchange for up to 30 days after an order has shipped. This return window does not apply to items purchased on Final Sale For more information about your return options, please see the information below.

 

Refunds

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days after an order has shipped in order to qualify for a refund.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused conditions with tags still attached in order to qualify.
  • Refunds will be processed once a return package has been received and reviewed at our facility, and customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed back to the original payment method.
  • A $5 handling fee will be deducted from all refund amounts.

 

Exchanges

  • All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days after an order has shipped.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition with tags still attached in order to qualify.
  • Exchanges will be shipped once a return package has been scanned in transit back to us, and customers will receive an email confirmation once the exchange order has been sent out.

 

Store Credit

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days after an order has shipped in order to qualify for store credit.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused conditions with tags still attached in order to qualify.
  • Store credits are processed in the form of an e-gift card that is emailed once a return package has been scanned in transit back to us.
  • Store credits will be sent to the email address associated with the original order.

 

Instant Exchanges

  • If selected, customers can authorize a payment hold on their card in order to get their exchange orders processed immediately, prior to sending back a return, for faster delivery times.
  • Customers will then have 14 days to send back their return package. If a return package is not in transit back to us after the 14-day window lapses, the customer will be charged the entirety of the exchange value amount.

 

Warranty Policy

  • We will always make things right in the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective item. To submit a claim, please follow the instructions through our returns portal.
  • All warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of the order fulfillment date. If approved, we will happily replace the item or can offer a reimbursement in the form of store credit.
